Adding colour to clay is a fun and interesting way to add interest and pattern to your pots.
Starting with the fundamentals of stains, oxides, and mixing clays, we will with cover a variety of coloured clay handbuilding techniques such as agate ware, nerikomi, marbling, inlay, and mishima. You'll also learn the difference between ceramic products and materials such as slips, engobes and underglazes.
Explore and experiment to create beautiful, colourful ceramics.
This class is suitable for beginners, as well as people with ceramics experience.
