Andrea has exhibited at Sculpture by the Sea and Venice Biennale and has a vast knowledge of sculptural techniques that she will share with you in this course.
This course will cover many construction methods suitable for small and large clay and ceramic sculpture including making large sculptures in small kilns, using thrown, extruded, handmade and moulded parts, and troubleshooting common problems.
The course is suitable for total beginners as well as experienced clay makers wanting to expand their knowledge. In order to get most of this course you should bring your inspirations and images.
Included in the cost is 1x10kg bag of clay and all firings. Pending on your project you might need to source other materials.
